Provider Registration Rules s 13BA provider registered for any class assessed by certification undergoes a mid-term certification audit by an approved quality auditor starting within 18 months of the start of its registration period (or later if the Commissioner allows), covering the Core module Part 3 governance standards, any standard for which a corrective action plan was required and any standard the Commissioner specifies; the report goes to the Commissioner as soon as practicable. Not required for an individual or partnership whose only certification requirement is early childhood supports, for an SDA-only provider, or for a transitioned provider.
