s 20(3)In developing and reviewing a plan, the specialist behaviour support provider must take all reasonable steps to reduce and eliminate the need for regulated restrictive practices, take account of previous behaviour support and other assessments, make changes to the person's environment that may reduce or remove the need, and consult the person, their family, carers, guardian or other relevant person, the provider who may use the practice, and other relevant specialists.
