s 6(1)(g)Every Code-covered person takes all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct, which the guidance reads broadly (any act, gesture or comment of a sexual nature directed at or made in the presence of a person with disability, including grooming). Providers set clear boundaries for worker behaviour, screen and supervise, and operate effective processes for receiving, responding to and reporting allegations.
