Section 45B at its own scope: As we hold it, s 45B binds every NDIS provider, registered or not, from 27 August 2026: keep records of a prescribed kind relating to claims for NDIS amounts and the supports claimed for, for 7 years from the claim or any shorter period the rules prescribe. The rules that prescribe the kinds of records and any shorter period are not in the text we hold, so this page cannot settle which records s 45B covers for a given practice. It is listed for registered and unregistered providers alike.

Completing this worksheet records what your practice holds and where. It does not make a practice compliant or ready for audit, and it is not legal advice.
