| s 15 | A person counts as in the process of obtaining a clearance only from the day they submit a complete application to the screening unit until a clearance or exclusion is made, and only if the unit has confirmed the application in writing, the provider has confirmed to the unit that the person is or will be its worker (linking), the provider has seen the unit's notice and has recorded the application number (s 15(3)).
