NDIS consultants
For NDIS registration and quality consultants: every client practice in its own binder
The Consultant plan, AUD 1,490 a year, writes a policy pack for each client practice from its own profile, and runs up to 20 client practices from one account. Each practice is its own register, with its own profile, clinician roster, evidence room, participant file sampling and change log, and you switch between them from one list.
How client practices are kept apart
- Each client practice is a separate register; nothing in one appears in another.
- You invite a practice's own people to that practice only: they open that register and no other client practice.
- The practice pack and the internal file review export per practice, carrying only that practice's rows.
- A 21st practice is refused; for more than 20, contact support@theartofservice.com.
What is stored, and what never is
No participant details and no client files are stored: the evidence room holds references (where a document is kept, who owns it, its version and dates), never the document, and sampled participant files are labelled File A, B, C only. Completing this register records what your practice holds and where. It does not make a practice compliant or ready for audit, and it is not legal advice.
