Allied Health NDIS Audit Checklist reads a short practice profile you give it, lists the NDIS and Ahpra requirements the rules on how the list is built attach to it, and sets out each requirement as our statement of its clause with the edition we hold, the evidence asked for and a worksheet. It is a reading of your profile. It does not read documents, does not connect to any practice management or client record system, does not say whether a practice meets any standard and does not say how an audit, a renewal or a Board audit will go; those calls stay with you, your auditor and your regulator. Completing a worksheet records what your practice holds and where; it is not legal advice.
Subscriptions renew yearly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid year. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The requirement statements and evidence guidance are published by The Art of Service and may be used within your practice for its own quality and governance work, including printing the worksheets. They may not be resold or republished.
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
