Every edition held, every check, every change under review
The list was read on 6 October 2026. Each instrument shows the edition the requirements are read against, the date it was checked current and how, and any change that is under review and not yet in force. Nothing superseded is shown as current.

What this covers and what it does not
The list covers the NDIS Practice Standards (the Core module and Modules 2, 2A, 3, 4 and 6), the NDIS Provider Registration, Code of Conduct, Worker Screening, Incident Management, Complaints and Restrictive Practices Rules, the NDIS Commission's guidance on children and on qualifications, the Privacy Act (the Australian Privacy Principles and notifiable data breaches), the National Law, the Ahpra shared Code of conduct, the Psychology Board's Code of conduct for psychologists, the common registration standards, the advertising guidelines, and the Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology Boards' registration standards. It does not cover:
- State and territory working with children, child safe and health records laws: where each one is published.
- My Health Record obligations.
- Changes not yet in force, such as APP 1.7 to 1.9 from 10 December 2026: shown as under review, never as current.
Superseded, not used, and not covered
- The speech pathology professional association's Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. Held and current, but they bind members of a professional association, not the profession by law. Speech pathology is self-regulated and is not one of the professions registered under the National Law; this list cites only what applies to a speech pathology practice by law or by NDIS registration (the NDIS rules, the Code of Conduct and the qualification guide row).
- The NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Held; a pricing and claiming instrument, not a practice requirement worksheet.
- The Medicare allied health items for complex neurodevelopmental disorder and disability. Held; Medicare billing items, not a practice requirement.
- The NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. Held; addressed to governments, not a provider obligation.
- NDIS Practice Standards Modules 1, 5 and 5A. High intensity daily personal activities, specialist disability accommodation and supported independent living are not allied health practice supports.
- State and territory health records laws (for example in New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory). They set most of the periods for which health records are kept, and other duties, state by state. Not held, named here and never cited as a clause; the APP 11 page says so.
- The My Health Records Act. The edition held matches the current compilation, but the copy held is a set of one-line summaries, and who a provider notifies after a My Health Record breach could not be matched to the Act today; not used in this list.
- Our earlier one-line statements of the Australian Privacy Principles and the notifiable data breaches scheme. The privacy pages are our statement written from the current compilation of the Privacy Act, clause by clause. The earlier statement of APP 11 predates APP 11.3 (technical and organisational measures), and several earlier breach statements cite sections the Act does not contain; none of them is used.
- State and territory child safe and working with children laws. Apply to practices working with children, state by state; not covered by this list. The roster records each worker's check, and the children pages say state law applies.
- Superseded editions: the criminal history registration standard in force from 1 July 2015 to 14 July 2026, the advertising guidelines of 2014, and the aged care standards of 2019. Never shown as current. The criminal history standard effective 15 July 2026 and the advertising guidelines of December 2020 are the editions held and cited; the aged care standards are outside this list.
Health records retention periods are set mostly by state and territory health records laws (for example in New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory). This list holds none of those laws and cites none of them as a clause.
When an instrument changes, the scheduled rebuild re-reads it, the edition line on every page and worksheet changes with it, and the date checked current moves.
