For a self-assessment in the registration portal, each outcome page lists every quality indicator with the evidence an auditor asks to see; the evidence statement for each outcome can be written from those rows. Certification audits read the Core module and the supplementary modules; verification audits read Module 6. Individual and partnership early childhood providers meet Core clause 7 and Module 3 only.
