State laws
State and territory laws this checklist does not cover
A practice working with children answers to its state or territory working with children check law and child safe law, and in some places a health records law sets how long health records are kept. These laws are set state by state. This checklist does not cover them and quotes nothing from them: it names each one and links where it is published.

Not covered by this checklist. The roster records each worker's check and its expiry date as a state check this list does not cite. The South Australian screening site refuses automated link checks; it opens in a browser.
