A practitioner registered on conditions does not knowingly or recklessly claim or hold out to be registered without those conditions or without any conditions. A breach is not an offence but grounds for health, conduct or performance action.
- Declarations to employers, credentialing committees and locum agencies disclosing current conditions
- Employer credentialing record reconciling the declaration with the public register
- Practitioner tells a locum agency their registration is unrestricted
- Conditions that are not published on the public register are not disclosed to the employer when the condition requires it
