Registered occupational therapists, physiotherapists and psychologists. Speech pathology is not registered under the National Law.

Requirement, our statement of the clause

No person manipulates the cervical spine (moving its joints beyond the usual physiological range by a high velocity, low amplitude thrust) unless registered in chiropractic, osteopathy, medicine or physiotherapy, a student of those professions in an approved program or clinical training, or a person prescribed by regulation. Offence: up to $60,000 or three years' imprisonment.
