NDIS Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support Rules on the standards library
A behaviour support plan containing a regulated restrictive practice must be developed by an NDIS behaviour support practitioner engaged by the specialist behaviour support provider, or by the provider itself if it is that practitioner.
