Who it applies to

Registered providers of specialist behaviour support, and providers whose supports involve a regulated restrictive practice.

If the provider holds a short-term approval from a State or Territory for a regulated restrictive practice, it must report its use to the Commissioner every 2 weeks while the approval is in force, instead of monthly.
