Registered psychologists (general, provisional and endorsed), from 1 December 2025. Never occupational therapists or physiotherapists, who follow the shared Code of conduct.

Requirement, our statement of the clause

Psychologists are legally required to hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance arrangements and must comply with the Board's registration standard on professional indemnity insurance arrangements.

  • Current certificate of currency for professional indemnity cover meeting the Board's registration standard, or employer cover confirmation
  • Run-off cover arrangements where practice has ceased
