Registered NDIS providers, every profession. Unregistered providers are not bound by these Rules.

The system must provide that every person the provider employs or otherwise engages must comply with the incident management system.

Evidence that typically shows this
  • Employment contracts, contractor agreements or codes requiring compliance with the incident procedure
  • Records of follow-up where a worker failed to report an incident
  • Audit of worker shift notes against the incident register

  • Shift notes describe incidents that were never reported
  • Subcontractors not bound to the provider's system
