Registered NDIS providers and applicants with physiotherapists delivering the support. Guidance from the NDIS Commission on the evidence an auditor asks for.
- 0128 Therapeutic supports: experience in the profession, and evidence of clinical supervision and professional development as the profession requires.
- 0135 Custom prosthetics: experience with the specific customised technology provided or assessed.

The clinician roster (Practice plan) keeps, for each physiotherapist: the registration renewal date, CPD logged against the Physiotherapy Board minimum of at least 20 hours a year (C-1), the limited registration conditions where they apply, insurance and screening dates.
Physiotherapists need registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and are listed for early intervention supports for early childhood (0118) as well as therapeutic supports and custom prosthetics; therapeutic work also needs evidence of experience, supervision and ongoing development.
- Certified copy of the physiotherapist's current registration or membership with its expiry date
- Supervision and development log kept for the physiotherapist
- Physiotherapist registration or membership lapsed between audits
- Evidence supplied for a staff member who no longer works for the provider
