Registered NDIS providers and applicants with psychologists delivering the support. Guidance from the NDIS Commission on the evidence an auditor asks for.
- 0128 Therapeutic supports: experience in the profession, and evidence of clinical supervision and professional development as the profession requires.

The clinician roster (Practice plan) keeps, for each psychologist: the registration renewal date, CPD logged against the Psychology Board minimum of at least 30 hours including 10 of peer consultation (C-2), whether the learning plan is held (C-1), insurance and screening dates.
Psychologists delivering therapeutic supports (0128) must be registered with the Psychology Board of Australia; the provider also shows each psychologist's professional experience and the supervision and professional development the profession expects.
- Certified copy of the psychologist's current registration or membership with its expiry date
- Supervision and development log kept for the psychologist
- Psychologist registration or membership lapsed between audits
- Evidence supplied for a staff member who no longer works for the provider
