- 0128 Therapeutic supports: certification as a practising speech pathologist by the professional association, experience in the profession, and evidence of clinical supervision and professional development.

The clinician roster (Practice plan) keeps, for each speech pathologist: the certification expiry the practice records (no clause quoted), insurance and screening dates; no Ahpra dates.
Speech pathology is self-regulated, so the evidence is Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status approved by Speech Pathology Australia, together with experience in the profession, clinical supervision and professional development.
