Requirement, our statement of the clause

For personnel, the provider keeps a copy of each appropriate contract, records of administering and enforcing it, information the personnel provider gives about individuals under the contract, records of the reasonable steps it took to satisfy itself each individual has a clearance, and records of any misconduct allegation against cleared personnel.
