Registered NDIS providers, every profession. Unregistered providers are not bound by these Rules.
NDIS Complaints Management and Resolution Rules on the standards library
The system must provide that every person the provider employs or otherwise engages must comply with the complaints management and resolution system.
- Contracts or codes requiring compliance with the complaints procedure
- Records of action taken where a worker did not pass on a complaint
- Contractor agreements binding subcontractors to the system
- Complaints received by support workers not passed on
- Contractors outside the system
