NDIS verification audit checklist for allied health: Module 6 and the rules
A registered NDIS provider whose supports are all assessed by verification, such as therapeutic supports by occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech pathologists, is audited against Module 6 by a desk audit. These are the four Module 6 outcomes, with their worksheets, and the rules that apply alongside them.

A change at your practice: which notices it needs. The NDIS Aged Care Notifiable Change Checker, from the same publisher, reads one change (a new key person, an incident, a new site) and lists the notices and the clauses.
