Start here: one evidence plan for your practice
Answer six questions about the practice and the result opens with one evidence plan: every document or piece of evidence listed once, with every requirement on your profile it serves. For a verification audit the documents come in the order of the NDIS Commission's Verification Module Required Documentation list; for a certification audit, the Core module outcomes in the order the Core module itself sets them. Nothing here is put in an order of our own.
