NDIS and Ahpra requirements for a psychology practice
A psychology practice answers to the Psychology Board's registration standards and its own Code of conduct, the National Law and the advertising guidelines, and, when NDIS registered, to the NDIS rules for its supports, including behaviour support where it is registered for it.
Psychologists follow the Psychology Board of Australia's own Code of conduct for psychologists, in effect from 1 December 2025, set out below part by part. Psychologists were never under the shared Code of conduct; before this code the Board had adopted the APS Code of Ethics in 2010.
